Flattened Table Dimensionality
We have flattened the table’s dimension structure to visually simplify data presentation. This provides the dense, scannable, and familiar table layouts most managers prefer, making it easier for users to scroll through details and quickly find key information for higher impact.
90 day resignation benchmark
A critical milestone for employee lifecycle management, the 90-day resignation benchmark (or “90-day retention rule”) is now available upon request. Developed specifically for our customers, this unique, hard-to-source benchmark is refreshed quarterly. It provides broad coverage across all industries and locations, with a specific focus on the RN segment in healthcare, retail, and manufacturing. This crucial marker for monitoring employee engagement and operational stability allows for a comparison to the overall resignation rate, helping to significantly reduce the high cost of early turnover.
Snowflake connector
This new Snowflake Connector uses native file sharing and an AI-assisted setup wizard to streamline integration. It is designed to simplify configuration and data mapping while providing near real-time data synchronization and automatic change detection. The result is faster performance and lower system overhead, allowing customers to maximize the value of their centralized Snowflake data.

Near real-time data integration
Enhanced data integration capabilities now enable OEM partners to refresh data significantly faster to support near real-time reporting needs. Through architecture improvements in both Snowflake and Databricks connectors, partners can now experience data updates in as little as 8 seconds from source to Visier. This capability allows embedded partners to deliver current, responsive analytics to their users, meeting the growing demand for immediate insights in operational decision-making.
Currently available for partners with near real-time data integration with Snowflake and Databricks deployments, this represents the foundation for extending near real-time support across additional connectors in the future. Show inactive employees in subject based reports
Reporting now support the inclusion of inactive employees in reports. This enhancement provides partners with the flexibility to include employees who have left or been terminated in their reports, supporting compliance reporting, final payroll verification, and historical workforce documentation needs.

Reporting object availability and controls
Report builders now have granular control over which design objects—including subjects, events, dimensions, and their properties. Administrators can designate objects for use in reporting only, analytics only, or both, and can toggle availability at both the object and sub-object level.
Bulk management through list view enables efficient configuration across multiple objects, while the ability to define custom names and short names ensures clarity for report creators. These controls help partners maintain clean, purposeful reporting environments by exposing only relevant objects to their users, reducing complexity and improving the report-building experience.

AI-powered Studio Assistant
The Studio Assistant is an AI-powered chatbot integrated within Studio and is designed to accelerate and support project implementations. By using natural language, it helps users with questions related to Studio capabilities, such as creating new design objects, explaining VFL formulas, and general inquiries to speed up project delivery. To activate the Studio Assistant, users simply need to switch on the AI Features toggle.
AI-augmented data modeling
Visier’s AI-augmented data modeling automates complex mapping tasks and provides intelligent suggestions to save time and increase accuracy. This agility is key to delivering meaningful team performance insights.
AI-assisted data validation
AI-assisted data validation is essential for accurate insights, as getting data right from the start drives more efficient issue resolution, leading to quicker onboarding and access to accurate insights. This new feature supports the handling of data validation errors during both initial setup and ongoing data processing, automating aspects of validation to reduce the workload on admins.
Studio Assistant upgrades
The enhanced Studio Assistant will provide additional guidance to admins by incorporating tenant-specific security settings and leveraging Visier’s Knowledge Base. This gives the AI deeper context to answer your specific tenant questions with greater accuracy and relevance.
