We would like to request an automated process to identify requisitions that may have been purged from the source system. Since requisition data is received daily, the system should be able to compare the latest file with prior records and flag any requisitions that no longer appear under any available status (such as created, closed, filled, or other valid statuses). This would eliminate the need to rely on manual lookup files to detect purged requisitions.
Use Case:
An automated comparison of new requisition files against prior data would help identify missing or purged requisitions more efficiently. This would reduce manual effort, minimize dependency on lookup files, improve data consistency between the source and Visier, and reduce the risk of missing records during ongoing sync processes.
