Extraction jobs may be rescheduled for various reasons, including technical issues such as insufficient memory on the server. Rescheduling itself typically does not cause incorrect data to be reflected in the results. If you notice discrepancies in data, such as incorrect information showing for certain fields, make sure to:
- Verify the accuracy of source query results for a relevant period.
- Check data visualization (DV) and extraction jobs within a time window around when the issue was reported and resolved.
Recent data issues that seem to resolve spontaneously in production do not usually stem from reschedules. If scheduled extractions and subsequent jobs appear correct, it is likely that the issue does not relate to job scheduling.
