Why did I choose Product Management? How did I end up here?
I used to work in technical support for several years, and after spending that time helping customers 1-on-1 overcome a hurdle with the product (whether that was a technical limitation/bug, or user experience need)—I wanted to transition to a role where I could help many more folks discover and love the product through direct involvement from ideation to delivery. Simply put: I love my job because I love helping others.
