As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance security and provide a more tailored experience for our partners, we are deprecating the legacy PGP key currently used for encrypting files uploaded to Visier. Once this change is in effect, all partners who currently use the legacy PGP key encryption will be required to use a tenant-specific PGP key for encryption.
The legacy PGP key will be deprecated on June 30, 2025. After this date, files encrypted with the legacy key will no longer be accepted. The ability to create tenant-specific PGP keys is currently available in Studio.
To transition to the new tenant-based PGP key, please follow the steps outlined in our documentation: SFTP Setup and Encryption Instructions.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. We appreciate your cooperation as we work to enhance the security and reliability of our services.
Please let your Partner Success Manager know if you have any questions or concerns.
