Survey data in Visier

Hi There!

We are in the process of bringing in engagement (survey/ poll) data into Visier and are currently experimenting with some sample survey data in our testing environment.

We have found three blueprint analytic objects related to survey/ employee engagement.

  1. Employee experience
  2. Employee survey
  3. Engagement score

As of now, we have mapped our survey level data with the ‘Employee Survey’ analytic object but we also wish to upload data that may not be at a survey level but at a global level - for example, the likert scale size (5pt, 7pt etc.) or the anonymity threshold - these are setting that we have at a global level that will apply for all surveys and polls.

it’d be great if there any documentation that explains what these 3 blueprint analytic objects are so we can understand if its best practice to utilize multiple analytic objects for survey data.

Thanks!
Sharan

Hi Sharan,

We have documentation available for the “Employee Experience” and “Engagement Score” blueprint analytic objects, which can be found here: Visier Data Dictionaries.

However, the documentation for the “Employee Survey” analytic object is currently unavailable. We are actively working on this and will provide the necessary information as soon as possible.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Best regards,

Oscar
