How do I install Visier Analytics for Jira?

Pre-Requisites

• A Jira Software environment
• Jira admin permissions with ability to install new apps from the Atlassian Marketplace
• Projects that are configured in your Jira Software environment

1. Navigate to the Visier Analytics for Jira partner page in the Atlassian Marketplace

2. Click Get it now
   

   

3. (Optional) The Atlassian Marketplace may ask which environment you’d like to install the app on if you administer multiple. Select the environment from the drop down you’d like to configure Visier Analytics for Jira with.

4. Click Get it now. There may be a few seconds of wait time while Visier Analytics for Jira installs.
   

   

5. Click Configure in the modal that pops up in the bottom left hand of your screen. There may be a few seconds of wait while the app opens
   

   

6. From the drop down, select the projects you’d like the app to display analytics for. Click Submit.
   

   

7. Click Load Now under the “Load data into Visier Analytics for Jira” step. Depending on the volume of data, the extraction could take up to 10 minutes.

8. (Optional) If you would like, you can select which users you don’t want to access the Visier Analytics for Jira application. Click Submit.

To access the Visier Analytics for Jira app:

1. Click the Apps drop down in the top navigation of Jira Software
2. Select Visier Analytics under “Your Apps”
3. Click Launch App

Hi, I’ve chosen my project, clicked submit and then “Load now”. The data is loading but after the message “Data extraction has completed.” there is no data. I tried it several times. There are issues in my project, sprints, deadlines.

Why is Visier not importing any data?
